Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A 30% advance payment of the total tariff is mandatory to confirm the booking.
Booking confirmation will be shared via phone or message after receiving the advance amount.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, debit card, or cash.
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
Below 5 years: Free of charge.
5 to 10 years: 50% of the applicable tariff.
Above 10 years: Full tariff applicable.
All guests must provide valid government-approved photo identification at check-in.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid disturbing other guests.
Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed at Coorg Cloud Cottages.
Pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended inside the cottages.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Amenities include comfortable accommodation, hot water, campfire, music, swimming pool, rain dance, indoor games, and common areas.
Food and beverages are provided as per the selected package.
Trekking activities are available at an additional charge.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or theft.
Coorg Cloud Cottages is not responsible for any injury, accident, or medical emergency during the stay.
Personal information collected during booking is used only for reservation and service purposes.
Guest information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Coorg Cloud Cottages reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
